Heartland Family Service in Papillion, Nebraska, is looking for a dedicated Residential Navigator to provide direct support to individuals in our Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center. You will collaborate with clinical staff to assist clients with stabilization goals and emotional regulation while ensuring a safe environment.
This position is 40 hours per week with scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will have two years of direct care experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive compensation is offered between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour depending on experience.
