• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for active state SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required
• Prior experience in pediatric or school settings is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and a strong drive to support childrens success

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans for students with various communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each students IEP goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professionally to the school community
