Pilgrim’s is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and employment programs at our Nebraska location.
The role ensures alignment with corporate HR policies, administers budgets, and coordinates affirmative action and employee relations initiatives. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; 2+ years in HR is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
