Apex Systems is looking for a hands‑on IAM Architect who can define the identity roadmap and execute it. This role combines strategy, solution design, and direct technical implementation across Okta, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and a growing Google Cloud Platform environment. You will lead identity modernization efforts, drive automation, and partner across the business to improve security and user experience.

• Own the IAM strategy, architecture, and multi‑year roadmap
• Build and implement identity solutions directly – not just guide them
• Lead hands‑on design and deployment in Okta Workforce Identity
• Implement and improve identity lifecycle automation (SCIM, Workflows, API‑based automation)
• Architect and configure OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML 2.0 integrations
• Maintain and modernize Active Directory and Entra hybrid identity
• Configure and enhance Conditional Access, PIM, and identity governance
• Architect and support Privileged Access Management (Cyber Ark or Delinea)
• Partner with Cloud, Security, HRIS, and Infrastructure teams to drive adoption
• Support ongoing cloud transformation, including Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace direction
• Mentor and guide IAM engineers on best practices and patterns
