Full‑time exempt position located in the United States.

Fluxx seeks a Technical Software Implementation Specialist to serve on the Customer Onboarding Team. You will become a product expert, translate customer business needs into scalable solutions, configure the platform, manage data migrations, and ensure timely deliveries.

• Become a Fluxx product expert and create strong project timelines.
• Translate customer business requirements into Fluxx solutions using platform functionality.
• Configure the system to meet customer needs and manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Execute data migrations in partnership with the Data Specialist, including readiness, execution, and iteration.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with product, support, engineering, and other teams.
• Educate customers on how to use the software and personalize system features.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage documentation for the project.

• 3‑5 years of professional experience configuring software solutions and eliciting customer requirements.
• Experience with agile project management and previous project management roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user scenarios into technical solutions.
• Experience with data migration processes and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player and leader with strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and creativity in overcoming challenges.
• Familiarity with grant management and CRM/grantmaking software (Fluxx Grantmaker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting such as CSS, HTML, Liquid, or Ruby is a plus.

Expected annual base salary: $100,000 – $108,000. Based on location, candidate experience, and skills. We offer a market‑based compensation model aligned with labor cost zones.
