Senior Data Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a highly experienced

Senior Data Managerto lead global clinical data management efforts across multiple large-scale studies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving excellence in clinical data delivery.

Responsibilities for the Senior Data Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all data management deliverables.
• Lead and manage multiple global studies or programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Conduct direct negotiations with clients regarding timelines, financials, processes, and resource planning.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior data management team members, fostering growth and expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.

Qualifications for the Senior Data Manager:

• Minimum
  10 years of relevant data management experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• At least7 years as an Independent Lead Data Manager, overseeing complex global studies.
• Proven experience inroot cause analysis,CAPA development, and technical writing.
• Strong understanding ofGCP,CDISC standards, and clinical trial data systems(e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Veeva Vault).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Compensation for the Senior Data Manager:

• Salary Range:$130,000-$150,000
