Peskind Executive Search has been exclusively retained to identify a high-impact Sales Executive to accelerate US growth.
About the RoleThe Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, driving new business across legal and procurement leadership within mid-market and enterprise organizations. This individual must be confident, highly driven, and skilled at presenting advanced technology to sophisticated buyers. You will partner closely with the founding team and executive leadership across the US and Israel.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, referrals, and network engagement
Own the entire sales process from first touch to close
Deliver compelling product demos that translate technical capabilities into operational and strategic value for legal teams
Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions, pricing, and proposals accordingly
Lead commercial conversations with General Counsels, Senior Counsel, Legal Operations leaders, and Procurement executives
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment throughout the customer journey
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal tracking
Stay current on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and the evolving legal tech landscape
A consistently growing, predictable, and well-qualified pipeline
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Opening new opportunity channels and uncovering net-new accounts
Establishing trusted advisor relationships with legal decision-makers
Progressing opportunities efficiently and professionally
Positioning the platform as a strategic enabler—not just a tool
3–5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience
Proven ability to proactively build pipeline, not just manage inbound
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to lead conversations with senior executives and legal leadership
Strong listening, discovery, and solution-mapping skills
Experience selling to legal, procurement, compliance, or adjacent functions
Familiarity with legal tech, workflow automation, or AI-driven solutions is a plus
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
Motivated by building and scaling something meaningful
Fully remote US-based role with East Coast alignment
Work directly with an ambitious founding team in a rapidly expanding market
