• Handle low-confidence, complex, and high-risk tasks routed by the system.
• Refine temporal boundaries and event timing; correct difficult tool/anatomy cases.
• Provide second-pass review on sampled work units; mentor L1 annotators.
• Identify recurring disagreement patterns; propose guideline clarifications/examples.
• Support adjudication by preparing evidence (frames/clips) and recommended resolution options.

• 3–6+ years in video annotation with demonstrated high accuracy.
• Strong understanding of temporal labeling, boundary consistency, and error patterns.
• Experience coaching teams and running calibration.
• Healthcare/surgical video familiarity preferred.

• Complex-case resolution accuracy, adjudication support quality, IRR improvement contribution, rework reduction.
