A well-established Omaha law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Law Attorney with 10+ years of expertise to join our team. We offer a collaborative, client-focused environment and work with a diverse range of businesses.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and business transactions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate litigation.
• Build and maintain client relationships, and assist in business development.
• Mentor junior attorneys.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Nebraska bar membership (or eligibility).
• 10+ years of corporate law experience.
• Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
