The Data Center Logistics Associate L2 is responsible for safely moving all parts into, out of, and around the warehouse and data center environment using a variety of technology and equipment to support the Logistics Team in the daily execution of service operations. The role is a full‑time, onsite position in a large warehouse, data center, and internal transport services setting.

- Work as part of a logistics team, independently and collaboratively.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a proactive, compliant, and effective manner.
- Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Practices and Work Instructions.
- Maintain strict inventory control and perform accurate system transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
- Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories and provide inventory reports.
- Identify, document, and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area.
- Transport inventory by hand, using material‑handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and box truck, following all safety procedures and protocols. No commercial driver’s license required.
- Complete other duties assigned with attention to quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Commit to excellence in overall Service Delivery.
- Assist team members in workload execution, quality monitoring, and service knowledge growth.
- Ensure 5S standards are maintained in all operational areas.
- Escalate all areas of non‑compliance in a timely manner to support investigation and remediation.
- Participate in all assigned training to support execution of responsibilities.
- Provide proactive customer service support to the client and other operational teams as required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics, receiving, asset lifecycle management, or related field.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
- Proficient in Windows‑based programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Understanding and following safety requirements.
- Inventory control skills.
- Computer, iPad, and iPhone literate.
- Physical labor dynamic work environment.
- Ability to follow instruction as part of a larger team.
- Initiative to complete tasks independently.
- Manage changing workload priorities as directed.
- Positive, respectful, and professional attitude in everything you do.
- Understanding of workplace safety basics.
- Safe lifting of minimum 50 pounds and ability to stand for duration of shift.
- May require up to 25% travel.
- May require extended periods on your feet.
- May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center.
Estimated Pay Range:
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
