We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the company, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project
• Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers, supervisors, and other staff members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance to senior management
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall company performance
• Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
