Position: Papillion Foods-FSQ Technician-3rd Shift-$22.60
** Shift** : 3rd Shift 8:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday

** Pay** : $22.60 with $2.00 shift differential

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Food Quality Responsibilities:
** This position monitors food quality attributes during production runs. Must verify quality program records. Implements Process Quality Control programs as follows: monitors and/or verifies process control checks (scale verification, slice count, etc.). Monitors documentation of the label verification program and the product formulation program.

** Auditing & HACCP Plan Responsibilities:
** Performs GMP audits in production areas and must correct and help retrain other team members as appropriate. Trained as a HACCP Authority, where applicable, to verify and preship HACCP records. Performs audits on the documentation of process and HACCP records. Performs a section of routine internal process and facility audits, which includes detailed documentation of findings and subsequent follow-up verification of corrective actions.

+ Works with USDA and 3rd party auditors as needed and helps maintain, coordinate, and provide continuous improvement to other Programs as assigned.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)

+ Must be willing to work overtime and weekends

+ Must have 1 year consistent work history in FSQA
