Job Description:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in NE. Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience. Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification. Availability to work every other weekend. Strong medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities. Successful completion of the required clinical interview. Nebraska DHHS screening must be completed within 48 hours of placement.

Unit Details:
Procedures Provide direct nursing care by administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, performing resident assessments, and reporting changes in condition to the supervising RN or provider. Assist with wound care, admissions, care plan implementation, and resident education. Maintain accurate documentation, supervise nursing assistants as assigned, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, infection prevention standards, and resident safety protocols.
