Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Red Robin - 11675 South 73rd Street - Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management;
Serve as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization;
Resolve guest issues and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness;
Supervise peers and uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction;
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making skills to optimize operations
