Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Cashier, Retail Support
Position Summary
Provide member service at the front end, including checkout, payment processing, and handling returns, refunds, and exchanges. Support members using self‑service technology and guide them on product selections. Maintain the checkout area and ensure it is safe and orderly. Keep the store entrance and exit areas clean, verify membership cards, and monitor for potential security concerns. Organize merchandise, zone the area, and assist members with product location and transport.
Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and adhere to all company safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
- Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas to uphold a safe shopping environment.
- Organize and arrange merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and zone the area.
- Perform safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and follow emergency response protocols.
- Track paperwork, logs, and required documentation to ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts.
- Create continuous learning opportunities and identify process improvement areas.
- Follow company policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
