Operations Manager
As the Operations Supervisor, you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by driving store merchandise in‑stocks, supervising and engaging Operations associates, and driving the execution of operational tasks.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales – maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, directing the team, working with the latest merchandise, and resolving customer issues and concerns professionally.
- Store Operations – assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in‑stock information for customers. Oversee RFID process and perform system uploads to keep the stock ledger up to date, lead the door‑to‑floor merchandise preparation process, and manage the pricing, signing, promotional price signing, re‑ticketing, and re‑packaging executions.
- Stockroom & General Operations – manage all stockroom processes, safety initiatives, facility equipment, and support processes. Oversee the cash office and handle receiving, shipping, and logistics with third‑party carriers.
- Team Development – actively train and develop associates, coach in the moment, address performance issues, and partner with Operations associates on training and policy compliance.
- Performance Standards – consistently meet established standards, including shrink, safety initiatives, omnichannel, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
To achieve success as a supervisor, you will possess the following:
- Work experience – minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
- Education – bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

- Builds Relationships – develop positive relationships, establish strong networks, show respect for varied styles, and communicate effectively to a broad audience.
