Position Summary...

What you’ll do includes providing member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance so member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines.

Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organize and maintain the sales floor using equipment, merchandising techniques, and completing required paperwork, logs, and other documentation according to company policies.

Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and handling procedures, disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Ensure maintenance and presentation of the sales floor and merchandise in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile or high‑shrink items.

Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards are followed, and by stocking, zoning, and cleaning all departments.

Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling how to adapt to change or new challenges.

Oversee the picking and staging of club pick‑up orders throughout the day, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures.

Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs through collaboration with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; analyze and apply information from multiple sources; monitor progress and results; and identify and address improvement opportunities.

Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in business processes; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.
