Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle.
• Generate new business through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution-based selling conversations.
• Partner with the Head of Sales to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 30% of the time

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

• 2–4 years of experience in sales (B2B, staffing, or service-based environments).
• Experience with outbound prospecting (calls, email, Linked In)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
