• Run company-provided leads + generate your own (door knocking, referrals, networking)
• Perform inspections + in-home presentations
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter solutions
• Work with insurance claims when applicable
• Create proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Manage projects from sale to completion
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and partners
• Track pipeline in CRM (Acculynx)

• Strong communicators who can build trust and close
• Self-starters who want control over their income
• Sales experience is a plus (construction preferred but not required)
