Position: Business Development Manager (IT domestic staffing Only)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Client Onboarding
. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new clients, building long‑term relationships, negotiating contracts, and expanding staffing services across domestic and/or international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing and Recruitment services
    .
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete client acquisition lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Lead client onboarding activities
    , including contract discussions, service agreements, requirement gathering, and operational handover.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, MSA/SOW agreements, and service conditions.
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, account growth, and client engagement activities.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
Required Skills
