Sales Associate – Orange theory Fitness
Position Summary
As a Sales Associate at Orange theory Fitness, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, creating an exceptional studio experience while driving membership growth. This role combines customer service, sales, and front desk operations to help individuals begin and maintain their fitness journey. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness.
- Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Educate prospective members about Orange theory Fitness programs, memberships, and promotions.
- Conduct studio tours and assist guests through the introductory class experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly membership, retail, and referral sales goals.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging to convert prospects into members.
- Schedule classes, manage member accounts, and maintain accurate records using studio management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to member inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals.
- Support studio events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Process membership agreements, retail purchases, and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with coaches and studio staff to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the fitness industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
