Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Moline Investment Management (MIM) | Moline Management, LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled full-time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to manage the upkeep of a residential rental community in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will enjoy physical, hands‑on work, work independently with minimal supervision, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing carpet or plank flooring.
• Conduct basic plumbing work, including fixing leaky faucets.
• Install appliances.
• Perform basic grounds keeping.
• Clean vacant units and general facilities.

• Experience in a maintenance/construction‑related field desired.
• Availability for on‑call duties.
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with hand and electrical tools.
• Capacity to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Commitment to safety and top‑quality work.
