Site Foreman
- Low Voltage / Fiber Installation Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead low voltage installation projects in large-scale commercial environments. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate with multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of technicians (approx. 5-6 members) on active job sites
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan daily work activities
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to maintain project flow
- Manage project timelines, escalations, and progress reporting to leadership
- Order and track materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Oversee installation of fiber optic and Cat6 cabling in conduit and cable tray systems
- Perform and/or support fiber splicing and terminations
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and site specifications
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Lead Technician on large commercial construction projects
- Strong background in low voltage systems, including fiber optic and Cat6 installations
- Hands‑on experience with fiber splicing and terminations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience coordinating across multiple trades in active construction environments
- Experience working in data centers or similarly complex environments
- Familiarity with structured cabling in high‑volume installations
- OSHA 10 certification
- Lift/MEWP certification
- Personal tools (including power drill and standard hand tools)
- Installation and termination of fiber and Cat6 across approximately 200 devices
- Cabling through conduit and cable trays within a new construction facility
- Project involves supporting power monitoring/control systems
- Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Active construction site environment
- Full PPE provided

Contract position based out of Papillion, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
