Job scope has a WIDE range of remodeling duties including, but not limited to:
- Carpentry Work, rough and finish
- Exterior repairs
- Tile work
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Light HVAC
- 5+ years of proven experience in carpentry and/or remodeling.
- The ability to safely operate power tools.
- The ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Company vehicle and work shirts provided.
- Must own hand tools.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to run jobs un supervized.
