CARPENTER FOREMAN
If you're a solid carpenter who can run a crew and get quality work done, this is a great opportunity. We're hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead residential builds from rough framing through finish work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Lead and manage a carpentry crew on new home builds
- Handle rough carpentry (framing, backing, blocking)
- Perform finish work (trim, cabinets, doors)
- Read and follow blueprints and layouts
- Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
- Check work to make sure it meets quality standards
- Work with other trades to keep jobs moving
- 5+ years residential carpentry experience
- Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
- Experience leading or running a crew
- Able to read and follow blueprints
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in the work
- Door and trim installation experience
- Strong problem-solving on the job site
- Comfortable with a wide variety of tools and equipment
- $25–$34/hr depending on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
