Foreman / Site Superintendent - Data Center Low Voltage
We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Superintendent to lead a structured cabling and power management project in a high‑visibility data center environment. This role will oversee low‑voltage infrastructure supporting power monitoring systems that collect data, track power usage, and enable predictive maintenance for critical equipment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who can own the job site, manage crews, and drive production while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onsite Foreman / Site Superintendent
- Lead daily operations and manage a crew of approximately 6 technicians (with team expansion over time)
- Read and interpret blueprints; plan work, lay out tasks, and delegate responsibilities
- Oversee installation of:
- Fiber optic and Cat6 cabling
- Cable tray and/or conduit
- Connections to 200+ devices
- Pull, terminate, and splice fiber in cable trays and conduit to devices
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with other contractors and project leadership to resolve issues
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and production timelines
- Maintain a safe, professional, and organized job site
- Provide progress updates and reporting as needed
- Low‑voltage systems
- Fiber optic installation and termination
- Cat6 cabling
- Fiber splicing
- Proven experience leading crews in commercial construction or data center environments
- Strong preference for data center experience
- Hands‑on expertise with low‑voltage systems and device installations
- Ability to read prints, plan work, and execute independently
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and deadline‑driven leadership style
- Comfortable with basic technology for reporting, documentation, and meetings
- OSHA 10 required (or willingness to obtain)
- Lift certification required (can be provided or reimbursed)
- Must have standard low‑voltage tools, including a cordless/power drill
- Experience with duct banks is a plus
- PPE provided on site
- Limited flexibility for time off during the project due to schedule requirements

This is a Contract position based out of Papillion, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
