We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join a fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, and support automated material handling and distribution equipment throughout the facility.

• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, belts, relays, photo-eyes, pneumatic systems, and other material handling equipment
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Track and manage maintenance inventory
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams across the facility

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with industrial maintenance and material handling equipment
• Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

• Technical degree or vocational training in Mechanical or Electrical fields
• Apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience
• CMMS experience
• Experience with robotics and automated systems
• Project management experience

This position works a 4-day work week consisting of three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift. Candidates must be open to both day and night shifts. Shift assignment is determined by business needs at the time of hire and may be assigned to any of the facility's front-half or back-half day or night schedules.

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Climb ladders and stairs, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
• Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.

The pay range for this position is $32.49 - $32.50/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Papillion, NE.
