• Drivers paid $30‑31 per hour depending on scheduled shift and location
• Overtime pay starting at 40 hours worked per week
• Monthly and annual bonuses
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus (first half paid at 90 days; second half at 180 days of employment)

  Tuesday‑Saturday, night shift – start time 4 PM (SUN/MON OFF)

• Drive defensively and follow all applicable laws and regulations to maintain Gemini’s reputation as a safe tank carrier.
• Drive company trucks to load and deliver fuel and commodities to Love’s retail and third‑party customers; operations run 24/7/365.
• Comply with federal, state, local and company rules for hazardous cargo tank operation.
• Use proper loading and unloading methods for various cargos.
• Maintain contact with logistics as required.
• Complete driver electronic logs and required documentation.
• Follow company guidelines on professional conduct with customers, employees, vendors and the public.

• Commercial Driver’s License and appropriate endorsements (Haz Mat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) and state requirements.
• Physically qualify and obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate under 49 CFR §391.43‑49.

• 1‑2 years of verifiable over‑the‑road driving experience or certification from an accredited truck driving academy.
• Knowledge of all applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

All offers of employment may be conditioned on receipt of a satisfactory background check report and/or drug screen acceptable to Love’s.

• Ability to drive up to 11 hours and work up to 14 total hours, transporting hazardous materials and sitting for extended periods.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet qualifications in 49 CFR §391.11(b)(1).
• Must read and speak English, as required by 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2).
• Capability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat and climb to perform vehicle inspections under 49 CFR §§396.11‑15.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment: lift, grasp, and move up to 75 lbs and navigate long hoses up to 20 ft.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Normal hearing, vision and smell.
