Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part‑Time Administrative Assistant for a community‑centered faith‑based organization. This 20‑25 hrs per week onsite opportunity is located in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Position OverviewThis entry‑level role provides essential administrative and records support. The Administrative Assistant helps maintain accurate data, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and emotionally intelligent, with a high level of integrity and discretion.

- Support scheduling and shared calendar coordination
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, acknowledgments, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain official records in alignment with established procedures
- Provide general administrative support including mail distribution, document preparation, and supply coordination
- Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing operational needs
- Comfort working with databases and productivity tools such as Google Workspace
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and reliability
