Description:

The Contract Coordinator is solely responsible for the maintenance of contracts and addendum’s, running the daily Pricing Schedule log, issuing starts, auditing data and getting appropriate VPF approval to issue work orders for production homes, and processing of rebates. The Contract Coordinator is to assure that Pricing Schedules are approved and that there is no stoppages in production. The Contract Coordinator is also expected to participate in cross training to add support to cross functional team members.

Responsible for weekly audit of lot level data based on reports ran from JDE.

• Set-up and maintain item prices as well as take-offs in Bill of Material module within JDE at the project level and at the global level in multiple divisions
• Obtain Division Purchasing approval of project contract and/or Bill of Material set-up for new plan adds or new communities
• Resolve billing issues between Accounts Payable and Subcontractors
• Process contract changes, field measurement items, lot level overrides, and refreshing work orders per division request
• Seek Vice President of Finance approval for any retroactive price increase requests
• Create and maintain Work Order Template
• Create Bill of Material Mass upload documentation to enter into JDE based on division directives
• Run Duplicate Commit report for LC commitments to verify data accuracy.
