Looking for someone to hire on a salary basis, on-site Construction Supervisor role located in Paradise Valley Arizona. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections, enforcing construction safety protocols, and resolving any on-site issues. The supervisor will also communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and maintain the overall quality of construction work.

This applicant must have their Arizona General Contractors License.

• Strong Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to manage and guide on-site teams effectively.
• Proficiency in conducting Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety compliance.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with construction codes, industry best practices, and project management tools.
• A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure work quality and timely completion of projects.
• Relevant certifications in construction management, safety, or project management are a plus.
• Proven track record of leading successful construction projects is highly desirable.
• Licensed General Contractor in the state of Arizona
