STRUCTURAL seeks a Foreman in Tempe, AZ to lead field crews performing concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening for commercial projects. You will supervise labor, read plans, and ensure safety and quality on site.
The ideal candidate has extensive construction experience, can manage look-ahead schedules, communicates effectively with customers and teams, and is willing to travel as needed. Proficiency with Procore and SAP is a plus.
