Team Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking energetic Team Members to deliver unforgettable experiences for kids and families. In this fast-paced, indoor adventure park, you'll welcome guests, operate attractions like trampolines, climbing walls, and go-karts, and monitor safety rules at all times. You'll host birthday parties and events, process admissions and concessions, and keep areas clean and presentable. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and love working with children.

This role offers hands-on customer service and operations experience, with opportunities to grow into supervisory and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service across the park
• Operate attractions including trampolines, climbing walls, go-karts, and ropes courses
• Monitor guest safety, enforce park rules, and respond promptly to concerns
• Host and support birthday parties and group events, including setup and cleanup
• Process ticketing, waivers, and payments at admissions and concessions
• Maintain cleanliness of attractions, party rooms, and common areas
• Communicate park guidelines and promotions to guests
• Assist with line control and crowd flow during peak hours
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
• Support team members and follow opening/closing procedures
