PLC/SCADA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled PLC/SCADA Engineer to join our team, with experience in industrial automation, control systems, and HMI/SCADA design, specifically using Ignition. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automated systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Design, program, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring compatibility with industrial automation processes.
• Implement and configure SCADA systems, particularly with Ignition software, to monitor and control production processes.
• Integrate various control systems, sensors, and industrial machines within the SCADA architecture for seamless operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to maintain uptime and efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation for system design, programming logic, and process workflows for maintenance and future upgrades.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth system operation and troubleshooting.
• Implement process improvements and upgrades for better system performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Education :
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in SCADA systems, especially Ignition software by Inductive Automation.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and Ethernet/IP.
  • Experience with HMI development and design.
