This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Paradise Valley, AZ. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, ensuring seamless care coordination, and providing exceptional support for patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient information and inquiries, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver high-quality care. This position plays a key role in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

• Skilled in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Experience with Care Coordination and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Patient Care and maintaining a patient-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare or functional medicine setting is a plus
