Patient Experience Coordinator

salary: $45,760 - $47,840 per year

• Welcome patients and conduct check‑in with required forms
• Work in partnership with Prosano leadership to provide seamless and integrated service to our patients
• Lead the scheduling and patient visit coordination functions within the practice management system
• Ensure our patients are always delighted with the level of care they receive
• Act as an ambassador in the local community by nurturing relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Working hours may include extended hours.
• This position requires 100% on‑site work at the care center location and may also involve movement between clinics as needed
