Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a division of Banner Health, is seeking a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to expand our occupational health services in the Phoenix Metro Area.

• Perform baseline and annual physical examinations.
• Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non‑industrial medical conditions.
• Manage infectious and hazardous material exposures.
• Conduct NRCME (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). examinations.
• Read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests (or obtain training within six months).
• Work 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; call 1–4.

• NP or PA‑C designation (AANP/NCCPA).
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Current Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one.
• ACLS/BLS certification required.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or orthopedics preferred; new graduates considered.
• Mentorship available.
• Current certification to perform NRCME  examinations.
