The Member Experience Associate (MEA) delivers outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting needs and expectations across multiple branch locations. MEAs are accountable for achieving individual sales targets, contributing to overall branch success, and are measured as individual contributors.

• Perform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of AAA products, services, and systems; adhere to branch operations and compliance SOPs.
• Adapt communication styles to high effectiveness; demonstrate flexibility across branch environments.
• Support process implementation and compliance to meet objectives.
• Serve in all seven fundamental skills and growth skills as needed.

• Customer Service: professional, friendly attitude; problem‑solving; ability to adapt quickly.
• Sales: strong sales skills with proven goal achievement; active listening; ability to uncover needs and close sales.
• Technical: proficient with multiple computer systems and applications; quick adaptation to varying configurations.
• Operational Excellence: ensure process implementation and compliance, drive efficiencies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience required; backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Driver’s License required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required.

• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales standards and goals.
• Customer Service, outbound sales experience.
• Arizona Personal Lines License, P&C License, MVD (RACF) Certification, Certified Notary.

• Work in branch office environments; standing, walking, sitting at desk or computer workstation for extended periods.
• Must be flexible with shifts and able to travel between locations, including Saturdays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds; ~98% of time using a video display terminal.
• May travel by car or plane for business meetings.
