Concrete Form Setter, Carpenter, Finisher

Hiring experienced Concrete Form Setters for high-end custom homes and commercial projects throughout the Phoenix area. Work includes structural concrete, form setting, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing.

Responsibilities:

• Set and install forms for walls, columns, foundations, and structural concrete
• Install and tie rebar
• Assist with concrete pours and placement
• Finish concrete using bull floats, power screeds, and hand tools
• Read measurements and layout forms accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Travel to job sites throughout the Valley

Requirements:

• 5+ years of concrete form setting experience
• Experience with structural concrete, walls, columns, and foundations
• Experience with rebar placement and concrete finishing
• Ability to read a tape measure and work from dimensions
• Ability to lift and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Residential and commercial concrete experience
• Experience on custom home projects
• Leadership or foreman experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paradise Valley, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
