RSP Special Education Instructional Aide
Now Hiring: RSP Special Education Instructional Aide Paradise Ridge Elementary School | 2026/27 School Year Paradise Unified School District is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-centered RSP Special Education Instructional Aide to join the team at Paradise Ridge Elementary School for the 2026/27 school year. This position supports students with disabilities in both individual and small-group settings, helping them access instruction, build confidence, develop independence, and experience success throughout the school day.
The ideal candidate is patient, flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping every student feel supported and capable. In this role, the RSP Special Education Instructional Aide will work under the direction of certificated staff to support students with academic tasks, classroom routines, behavior support strategies, accommodations, and student engagement. This position may include working with students in general education classrooms, small-group settings, and other school environments as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a heart for working with elementary students and supporting diverse learning needs. Can follow teacher direction while also taking initiative when appropriate. Communicates professionally with students and staff. Maintains confidentiality and appropriate boundaries. Supports students with patience, encouragement, and consistency.
