Paradise Elementary is looking for a compassionate, resilient, and student-centered Instructional Aide – Special Education (SDC) to support students with moderate to intensive needs in a structured, supportive learning environment. What You'll Do Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in an SDC classroom Work one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce instruction Assist with behavior support strategies and IEP implementation Provide support with daily living skills as needed (including toileting, hygiene, mobility) Help create a structured, safe, and positive environment Support students during transitions, recess, and non-classroom settings Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure every student has access to learning
