EXPERIENCED School Bus Drivers

SCHOOL BUS DRIVER

Paradise Unified School District is looking for dependable, safety-focused School Bus Drivers to join our Transportation team. If you enjoy working with students, take pride in being someone others can count on, and want a position where your work truly matters every day, we'd love to hear from you. Position Schedule Positions may range from approximately 5.5 to 8 hours per day, depending on the assigned route and District transportation needs.

What You'll Do As a School Bus Driver, you'll play an important role in helping our students start and end their school day safely.

Responsibilities include:

Safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities Conducting required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintaining a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment on the bus Following assigned routes, schedules, traffic laws, and District safety procedures Communicating professionally with students, families, school staff, and Transportation team members Completing required reports and documentation Assisting students as needed while entering, exiting, and riding the bus We're Looking for Someone Who:
Puts student safety first Is dependable, punctual, and responsible Remains calm and professional in challenging situations Builds positive relationships with students Works well as part of a team Understands the importance of following established transportation and safety procedures Required Qualifications Applicants must possess or be able to obtain all licenses, certificates, endorsements, and medical clearances required by California law to operate a school bus.

Successful candidates must also meet all District employment requirements, including fingerprinting/background clearance and required health and safety clearances.
