Project Manager, Operations Manager

• Lead and manage project implementation from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate end‑user training and provide support to hospital leadership.
• Travel across the US and abroad as needed to lead software installations.
• Provide guidance and autonomy to ensure successful go‑live.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
• No software experience required.
