Customer Service Associate ($300 sign on Bonus)

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
• Educate all guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages.
• Offer & Sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
• Offer & Sell BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades.
• Process payments.
• Ensure all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor.
• Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
• Provide excellent service to ensure all guests have a great experience.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas.
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning following the schedule (includes tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, per the uniform/appearance policy.
• Follow directions and exercise good judgment consistent with job functions.
• Follow company safety protocol.
• Be a team player.

• Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service preferred but not required.
• Must always maintain the highest level of service.
• Ability to adapt to a high‑volume, ever‑changing environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Demonstrates ability to improve through training.
• Build great relationships with guests and co‑workers through strong communication.

Full-time & Part-time employees that can work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Reports to the Site Manager.

• Works mainly outdoors and sometimes indoors.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents, temperature fluctuations, and varying conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Some noise and vibration exposure.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
