Assess patients’ dietary habits, medical history, and nutritional needs  Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans  Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes  Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust plans as needed  Collaborate with healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, therapists)  Provide medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity  Conduct nutrition screenings and risk assessments  Stay updated with the latest research in nutrition and dietetics  Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
