As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind our Housekeeping team's success. You oversee the achievement of daily cleaning excellence, uplift team spirits, and shape our Housekeeping team into cleanliness champions. With your coaching finesse, you will guarantee our team consistently delivers top‑tier cleanliness and productivity, ensuring a sparkling and secure stay for our guests.

• Support and coordinate the housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
• Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences.
• Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution.
• Ensure safety standards are met, monitor labour costs, and conduct daily room inspections for quality assurance.

• Sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in Housekeeping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day.
• A high standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to lead the team and also work alongside them to ensure their success.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
