Mission
Is responsible for promoting, leading and monitoring the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment approach in line with the Group's primary value, Safety, and related policies.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Conduct tests on asphalt mix to determine composition and consistency with required specifications. Assist in adjustment of mix composition to ensure asphalt mix within specifications.
- Ensures quality through evaluation of the production processes, material inputs and outputs. Partners with production/operations to ensure that the highest quality product is being delivered.
- Monitor temperature, thickness, density and overall condition of pavements during installation. Assist and make recommendations.
- Identify and become familiar with various mix specifications requirements.
