ABOUT THE JOB:

Drivers typically average over $20/hr(Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement).Mileage reimbursement and tips paiddaily,hourly wages paid out every other Friday.

Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses- OR –useone ofourcompanyprovided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car).Safedrivingrecord isa must!

Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work Part time or Full time,we have shifts available to fit your needs!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report). Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Mustpossessgood navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps andlocateaddresses within designated deliveryarea. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order todeliver products.

Mustpossessthe ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to:

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when deliveringproductor distributing flyers and door hangers

Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside - In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas

Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust

Compact work areas including walk-in cooler

Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

PHYSICAL DUTIES &REQUIREMENTS

Including but not limited to:

Walking/Carrying/Climbing

Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.

During delivery, the driver must carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties. During delivery of product, navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.

Driving

Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Delivery drivers may make several deliveries per shift.

Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.

Toeroom is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

Durationof this position isapproximately 30- 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching and bendingpeformedoccasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching

Reaching is performed continuously; up,downand forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plasticbarrel, orwashing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks

Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequent activities requireuseof one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent andforceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must…
