The Helper position is designed to provide essential support across various operational tasks within an organization, ensuring smooth and efficient daily workflows. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a helper, assistant, or support role.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or administrative processes.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and tools.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts or overtime as needed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of work spaces, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Support team members by performing general tasks such as organizing supplies, handling deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Help with loading and unloading materials or products, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management when required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to understand daily priorities and complete assigned tasks promptly.
