Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Client Technology Analyst I to deliver first-level IT support across desktops and software. You will handle help desk requests by phone, in person, and remotely, install and repair hardware/software, and document interactions in the service desk system.
The role requires AD and Windows experience, good communication, and a willingness to travel between southern California offices. On-site operations in California are expected.
